My daughter is 4. We are currently on holiday in a different country and panicking a bit but hoping it’s nothing! She’s been a bit off today. Not really eating and having to force her to drink anything but assumed she was just feeling tired from travelling etc. I gave her some calpol earlier and she seemed to perk up a bit. Ate some dinner and we went a walk to the shop etc.

Shes been sleeping for a few hours but for about the last hour she is making this jerk movement every 5 mins or so on her right side, Looks like her arm/shoulder it’s coming from. Most of the time she’s moaning and grimacing her face like she’s in pain and she keeps taking big gulps, I keep thinking she’s going to be sick. She’s only woke herself up fully once. I gave her a drink and she fell back asleep but it’s still continuing.

Just wondering if anyone has had something similar? I will take her to a pharmacy tomorrow if I feel she’s not any better but just looking to put my mind at ease for now and hopefully get a few hours sleep!
