Rash

My son has had this rash since Monday, the doctor is unsure what it is and why it's there and says to wait to see what happens with it. It spreads more each day and his very uncomfortable with it. He's having prition and paracetamol when he needs it. Any ideas what it could be ? Thankyou

Is it dry like sandpaper? Has he been ill with it?

Hi, it's not dry, sometimes it feels raised but not all the time. He has runny nose and cough at the start of the week but that has gone now, he just keeps at night getting a low temperature like 35.4 when I check it sometimes but is fine during the day.

Has he had all his vaccinations?

Yes he's completely up to date with all his vaccinations
