Baby eczema help

Can anyone recommend anything to use on my baby's face for his eczema? He has recently finished antibiotics yesterday for the patch by his lip as it was suspected impetigo. The doctor reckons he didn't need anymore antibiotics. Now it looks like eczema and we think that's how the impetigo started in the first place when he started teething. He has a couple of patches on his cheeks that are quite red at the minute. We've been using child's farm which didn't seem to make it any worse, but didn't seem to make it any better either. This morning I put him some zeroderm on (the hospital gave us for eczema on his tummy) but now it seems really red. We've used baby aveeno before and that brought him out in a rash. It doesn't seem to bother him but it just looks a mess. Aqueous cream and Dermol have all made his eczema worse in the past.

It doesn't help he's teething so has constantly got his hand/toys in his mouth!
