My LO has been moved to Aptamil Pepti1 for suspected CMPA. 3 Days of being on the milk fully he has had a massive eczema flare over his face, back, arms and chest. And today his nappy looked like this... Is this normal? Or has anyone had a similar experience?

Hydrolysed formula can change the poo and tends to make it look green. It may get rather more green yet. Though if the eczema is getting worse on it I'd wonder whether maybe an amino acid based formula may be needed. Though it's a bit early to tell.
