One of my twins had a small rash around her neck which i assumed was a drool rash, I’ve been using Aveeno Dermexa and sudacreme on it but it hasn’t changed. Today I noticed she has similar patches on her back. Is this eczema? can it be an allergy? what can i do? it doesn’t seem to bother her at all.
