My son is currently toilet training. I was just giving him a wipe the other day and noticed red blisters on his bottom. I've put a nappy rash cream but it doesn't seem to have helped. It's been two days but I'll probably take him doctors tomorrow . I do have daktarin which is for fungal infections which he has been prescribed in the past. He has eczema so prone to rashes . Anyone know what cream he might need thank you
