Daughters itchy palms for 2 weeks

Hi my daughter has had the most severe itchy palms for nearly 2 weeks now. Took her to the dr last week and he said it looks a bit like hand foot and mouth! Though from what I saw online - it didn't. It's now almost 2 weeks and she seems to be itching them through lots of the night (night time is much worse). I noticed a rash between her legs yesterday morning and raised bumps on her belly. See photos. Any ideas? Does this look like an allergic reaction?

I'd take her back to the GP. The initial itchy palms haven't resolved, she's got new rashes and the original diagnosis of HFM doesn't seem a good fit. I'd want my DD checked over in this situation at that age.

@GoneIsAnotherSummersDay agreed! Just wondered in the meantime if anyone had seen/ dealt with anything similar. Thanks for replying :)

My DD's palms did have a strange itchy rash with HFM, but the photos you've posted don't look like HFM - looks more like eczema or an allergic reaction. I get patches of eczema like that sometimes.

Or is there any chance she has picked up scabies? That's worse at night and the rash fits.

@Rory17384949 thanks for replying! It's strange because she doesn't have spots or blisters on her hands they're just read and blotchy but SO itchy at night! Gosh I've looked a scabies - I don't think so but I'll mention to the doctor! Thank you again for replying!
