DD 5 has what I suspect is hand foot and mouth disease, she's fine in herself no fever or anything just very painful looking spots all over her hands and feet, a couple round her mouth. Having to keep her off school today as she's got a few really big ones on the soles of her feet that are painful to walk on. Is there anything I can do to help clear the spots up faster? We're only on week 4 of school and so far she's had this and a nasty bout of croup 🙃
