Hi, my toddler has been sick the past three days and hasn’t eaten well. Today he asked for eggs and went from pooping green to pooping this pale yellow color. Has anyone else experienced this or know what this is

People worry a bit more about abnormal pale stools in newborns. All kinds of weird things can happen to toddler stools especially if they're a bit unwell. Unless you're very worried in other ways (eg looking yellow), I would give things 1-2 weeks to settle. But there's always the back up of GP consultation if it's needed.

I had this as an adult and it was because my liver wasn’t working properly. He at least needs a GP appointment to rule out some thing more serious.

Pretty normal after a stomach bug IME. Pale stool can be a liver issue but he's been unwell.

If it's immediately after a stomach bug, that's fairly normal but should should only last for a couple of days.
