I’ve been DF for 8 weeks and have reintroduced dairy yesterday. I am exclusively breastfeeding. My baby is 4 months old for reference. No reaction yesterday however at 5pm the next day (today) my baby has had a mucousy poo with some blood in. Do I continue with the dairy or now stop completely? My baby is his usual self and isn’t showing signs of discomfort but I’m unsure where to go from here.
im unable to speak to the dietician now so looking for advice from people who have been through it to see me through the weekend!

Stop. I would say this is confirmation of cmpa.

@Changeiscomingthisyear thought so - thank you! Do you know how long it takes to leave my milk?

There is no research on this so no one knows. Some people say 3 days, others say up to 6 weeks.
