Gross Motorskills Delayed

Hi all looking for someone who may of had a similar experience.

I have just spoken to my health visitor who has confirmed my 9 month old is delayed in her gross motor skills. She's doesn't sit without support, she rarely weight bares, and isn't crawling.

My gut feeling is that she's just a bit lazy and will get there in her own time but I can't help worrying and comparing her to her 2 older brothers.

We have a GP appointment booked but in the meantime if anyone has any experience or advice I would really appreciate it

One of mine was the same. He is older now and has dyspraxia, so it was an indication of future ability. I would suggest that if someone is offering a medical review then take it, as waiting lists are so long for everything. At this stage, they will probably just wait and see.
