Hi, My 4 y/o seems to have this redness in his eyes for around a week now some days it seems to be getting better some days it doesn't , I've wiped his eye with water and washed our bed clothes incase there was dirt or anything on it but still doesn't seem to be improving, he's eyes are usually snow white so it became very noticeable when it went like this

It looks like a mild episcleritis, it's self-limiting and usually takes about 10 days to 2 weeks to clear completely.

Is it bothering him at all? If it's not, I wouldn't do anything about it.
