Does anyone know what this could be on 2yr olds knee?

He developed a little white spot, but it went away so I wasn’t too worried, it has since come back and it now has a little black dot in it.

i will take him to the GP, but does anyone know what it could be?

although his knees are quite grazed, this isn’t a cut of any sort

Molluscum contagiousum.
Very contagious.
( I assume you're talking about the lower thing in the picture) they're partly white little bumps. Don't squeeze it scratch as they spread massively. You can buy stuff to paint on to get rid of them.
