Strange red dots

Hi, my 12 month old has had this red marks appear on her neck today, no change in size or appear anywhere else so don’t believe it’s chicken pox but i have no clue, can anyone help me out to ease my mind before doctors open tomorrow

Has she scratched herself? The placement of the 4 dots in a line looks like it could be caused by fingernails maybe?

Do they have any siblings?

That does look like fingertip bruising from that photo - from smallish fingers.
