Hi my daughter is about to turn 5, she mentioned last night there was an itchy black dot on her leg. Picture below it is only 3mm must've popped up in only about 2 weeks as I've never seen it before. She also has some swollen lymph nodes on the back of her head sides of her neck and under her chin, she has had these before and they were of no concern. Is this a mole? Should I be worried? Regardless she has a gp appointment today but unfortunately on previous visits he isn't the well informed. Thankyou for any help you can offer.
