11 year old DD sudden rash on face

DD went for a shower last night and afterwards I noticed a rash on her face. It’s still there today (slightly more inflamed looking) and I have no idea what it is!

She was back in school today and is completely fine otherwise. She has no spots anywhere else. Any idea what this could be?

Possibly a reaction to whatever she used to wash her face?

Looks like hives. See if it calms down with anti histamines and stop using whatever she used in the shower.

Took her to the doc as it was much more inflamed and 2 doctors saw her and still aren’t sure what it is! We’re taking a wait and see approach right now.

Has she been in a hot tub or pool recently?

Is it just one side of the face?
Shingles?

Did she shave her face or wax it?

Both sides of her face - slightly more concerned on her lower face. Def didn’t wax and I really don’t think she’d shave her face. Legs maybe - but not face.
