diopter is around +3.00 in both eyes. We did the check with pupil dilation. Doc said she doesn’t need to wear glasses yet and just to do a follow up check in 3-4 months. What are the chances that her hyperopia improves? Any success stories out here? Is +3.00 a high diopter?
also, will exposing her to sunlight and the sun help reduce the diopter?

Are you in America?

Far sighted +3 I'd be pushing for glasses.
I'm -3 and really need glasses / lenses to manage.

Sunlight will do nothing, there have been some studies on effectiveness for near sighted but not far.
