I’m really unsure whether my baby’s poo is normal. He’s formula fed.

He’s had the rotavirus vaccine and his poo’s haven’t been normal since he had it, but the last week or two his poo’s seem to be quite watery, he can just fart and it comes out!
We took him swimming for the first time 2 weeks ago and he did swallow a bit of the water, worried it’s caused this… can you let me know your opinions?

It doesn't look abnormal but if you're worried I'd touch base with the HV or GP.
