Cold sore?

Do you think this is a cold sore on my seven year old? Really concerned 😱

I get cold sores but I’m unsure about this. Is your child saying it’s burning? It might start with a tingle but it looks quite sizeable - mine are more of a cluster of small blisters whereas this looks like a single yellow filled blister, also the fluid in mine is usually clear (goes a funny colour when crusting but that’s after it’s burst). Could you perhaps call 111 or pop into a pharmacy? Is your child feeling otherwise well? No aches/fever?

He said it was sore the night before, nothing was there in the morning when he woke and then three hours later the bump appeared. I popped a pimple patch on it as I wasn't sure and then this is it 24 hours later. It's totally dry, no oozing etc Thanks so much
