Face rash moving downwards?

My child has a rash on her face that the doctor says is Slapped Cheek but it is moving down her face daily.
Initially it was the cheeks, next day it was under her cheeks and around her mouth, today it is on her chin! She also has a rash on her upperarms that has stayed there throughout.
She has had a few rashes over the last few weeks, the first they kept her in overnight at hospital as they wanted to observe it as she was a bit poorly too but they decided it was heat rash or an allergic reaction and the doctor who diagnosed the Slapped Cheek says they're unrelated.
If anyone has any experience of this I'd be very grateful.

Sounds like how slapped cheek progressed
with my 4yo. Took over a week to work its way down to her ankles. She wasn’t poorly with it until about 3 days after it all disappeared and then was really lethargic, high temp, and a high heart rate- ended up in hospital for the night.
