Recurring temperatures

Hi, I'm due to see the GP later today with DS (he's one years old and my third child). He's had reoccurring very high temperatures since October - had a LOT of antibiotics sometimes back to back. The temperatures are high, they sometimes point towards tonsillitis (six times since January) which he's treated for and sometimes just viral symptoms.

He last finished a ten day course two weeks ago, and before that he had a course in July.

He now has had another high temp since Sunday (high heart rate which always flags up to medical professionals and we end up in hospital). When I say high they are always above 39 and he is mottled and poorly.

What else should I be asking for from the GP today?

My DD has been on preventative antibiotics for 6 months before but her threshold was a lot worse and always linked to asthma.

Here this is no common link with my son, and I'm getting worried - and very tired.

Any advice on what to ask would be appreciated as I can guarantee we will be looking at more antibiotics this time round and more temperatures in the near (couple of weeks) future.
