MMR jab and mini measles

Hi DS had his MMR jab around 14 days ago now and now has the rash for mini measles. He’s now had this for around 3 days and it seems to be spreading still. Should we call the GP at this point? This was last night, it’s also all over his belly and face, and started on his arms and legs.
