Baby nose bleeds! Help

I’m so worried about my 10 month old, a few months back when she was newer to crawling she gently fell and bumped her face (on a little plastic egg toy) and had a massive nose bleed, got her checked over and all was okay. The next day she had a spontaneous nose bleed which was more worrying but obviously she’d had a trauma the day before so they weren’t too worried. They said we will do a peads referral just check everything but it will be triaged. Thankfully we are on the long wait list meaning they aren’t too worried!

More recently she was in hospital for something unrelated, had bloods and all was normal.

This afternoon she was sat in front of me on a pillow bouncing on her bottom and fell forward and smashed her nose onto the carpet… then came the nose bleed, one nostril where she had banged, was fine after a few minutes and it stopped quickly, wasn’t heavy.

Everything I’ve found online has been older children having nose bleeds not a baby! I am admittedly a worrier but justified. We are with the epilepsy team this Friday for further investigation for her as she’s had some spasms so I’m extra fragile. I will of course ask the consultant on Friday.

So is it normal for such a young baby to have nose bleeds from bumping themselves?
