Teething - worse

My 19 month old is struggling much more this time round with teething than previously. She is waking up really tearful and is hard to console, she has a slightly elevated temp of 37.5 (highest), she is struggling with eating and apprehensive with drinking and dribbling like a mad thing. I'm using a combo of calpol, teething powders and today have started anbesol. I'm just wondering if this sounds like teething or whether she needs further help. And also wondering if there is anything else I can do.

Thank you (first time anxious mum)

Have you tried giving nurofen inbetween the calpol?

Ice lollies or freeze things to cool her teeth.

I found as my son got older ibuprofen would work much better for teething, Calpol didn't really help at all
