Spots that have come up

Hi all. First time poster here, My son (4 years ) has come ip in these spots. Not itching them, or being irritable, Just need some confirmation on what these could be? We don’t have fleas as I’ve just had my whole house cleaned professionally, so that is ruled out.

Chicken pox?

Professional.cleaning won't discount fleas....do you have pets or have you recently moved into this house? They do look a bit like bites of some sort. Has he been sleeping with the windows open?

Looks like chickenpox

You can pick up fleas anywhere, other people's pets, birds, foxes, badgers anywhere any animal has passed by, the fleas jump off and then jump on any passing host. But could be any type of insect bites or chicken pox.

Chicken pox or bed bugs?

Can you pop in to a pharmacy? They’ll be able to identify properly and put your mind at rest.

Bites of some description

They look more like bites than chicken pox to me. But I'd expect them to be itchy either way. Definitely go to a pharmacy.
