Advice Needed - Chickenpox or not?

Hiya

DD is 3 and has been exposed to CP over the past month or so. I noticed a spot on her yesterday and she’s come out in more today but they seem to have stopped ‘spreading’ - I’m keeping her in at the moment as don’t want to spread it but unsure whether it’s actually CP?

Shes absolutely fine within herself - eating etc/ no temp etc. Little bit tired!

I’ve attached some photos :)

It may be the start of chicken pox, the spots are normally fluid filled though and redder than that ime. Maybe just a really mild case? I’d keep an eye on them.

It certainly does look like the start of it, OP, keep an eye on her.
Sometimes putting them in a warm bath can properly bring the spots out.

It could be - have any blistered? My DDs came up in crops roughly every 6-12 hours for three-four days after I'd noticed the first spot (which was quite large and angry). Warm bath did bring out a crop, but it was obvious pretty immediately she had CP. Friends have taken 24 hours to have that obvious moment

Id say the pattern (back, arm pits) does make it look suspicious but not conclusive from the pics

You'll know tmo - you do tend to just watch them appear, even if mild! xx
