Hello, my daughter is 4 and has autism and as a result can't tell me what's going on. She been potty trained since the new year and has done great but recently she's regressed with it a bit, has started having accidents and refusing to sit on the potty unless she's at home, resulting in a lot of accidents at nursery.

She hasn't done a poo since Monday night. She's never been great at doing those on the potty she usually does it in her nappy before bed and we anticipate it so change her half an hour after putting her to bed, job done.

well this just isn't the case this week, in herself she's fine, still playing dosnt seem unwell but she's just not pooing. What should I do? I said to my other half last night that if she didn't go last night I'd take her to urgent care today. Should I do that? Or a pharmacy? I'm unsure.

Increase her fluids and fruit/veg, and ask at the chemist.
And perhaps leave a nappy on all day too, so she can go any time.
