When do the spots stop appearing?? My son is 4 and thought the spots were mild the first day but they've turned into so many!

They can keep coming out for days. Pop him in a warm bath to bring them all out quicker.

Give him piriton and use poxcillan mousse or eurax cream.

Poor thing. They keep coming for a few days.

My youngest was absolutely covered in huge angry spots, but oats baths really helped (I'd assumed they were a bit of a myth but it definitely soothed her).

Thank you both! I'm just keeping a close watch as it looks to be going on his eye somehow. Did even know that was possible 🤔 but he's playing a bit now which is good. I bought some lego as a present to keep him distracted haha
