Weird spot on child’s head

Does anyone have an idea what this could be? There are two pinky /reddish spots on DS’ head. Not itchy and smaller than a penny. Pic below is one of the spots (the second is smaller).

Looks like a mole.

Are they new? Could be the start of ringworm

Yep, both new. Pharmacist said as long as it wasn’t itchy she was not concerned, but I was thinking ringworm also. Do you think it is GP-visit worthy? Or to try a fungal cream and see how we get on?

I have had a look online and I’m pretty sure it’s an eclipse nevus - online sources say common in blonde children. Will keep an eye on it 🙂
