Hi. I was wondering if anyone could help me out on this one. This morning i noticed this “ bite “ ( im not sure if its a bite) on my sons thumb. He is 3 and we went to the woods yesterday but even im not sure if its happened yesterday or another day. I will attach a pic to show how does it look like. He doesnt let me to touch it he said its burning, and raised. Thanks
