I'm hoping that someone has some advice - my 9 yo son has suffered with heat rash the last couple of years - normally when we've been away but he's also had it the last few days here in the UK.
It's awful - he gets it on his face, his arms, legs, torso and it's so distressing.
We go to Spain in a few weeks and I'm worried about him.
I've started giving him antihistamines already (made no difference in the heat here sadly), but I wondered if anyone has any other suggestions - I'm concerned enough that I'm considering a GP appointment to discuss it as it makes him so miserable.
I've bought a rash vest, although I'm not entirely sure how that is meant to help!
Has anyone used cooling powder with any success?
Also a suitable factor 50 cream/spray?
