Hi all , hope your all well , my 4 year old toddler keeps complaining that she is sore down below 🥲 I've looked and it is really red and she says it's really itching and is crying because she is in pain, when she was a baby she used to get flare up of eczema down there and the doctors provided me with some cream for her which didn't work at all ! But it kind of went away on its own in the end but now it's back and it's a lot worse than ever , is there anything any of you recommend for eczema please that worked and will also be ok for me to use near her private area , i feel so bad for her.

aww bless. u should try cutting out sugar ( including hidden sugars) including fruit and dairy.. also look into gut healing .. creams will only mask it temporarily.. must be so painful. hope dd feels better soon

I agree that it could be dietary. But coconut oil would be pretty safe to try and alleviate some discomfort.
