Is thick chicken pox infected?

I don’t want an unnecessary trip to GP and risk infecting people. LO is fine in themselves. No temp but starting to itch a little. Currently using oral antihistamine once a day as per box and virasoothe gel.

Looks like it could be. I would draw a line round the redness and if it spreads anymore book a doctors appointment.

Thank you. It hasn’t spread and is less red now. Been using calamine lotion too now. Lots of oat baths.
