Hi all, I’ve always given my toddler the well baby multivitamins but lately I have been suspecting low iron in my son (he is 2,5yrs old) due to his poor diet. The wellbaby multivitamin only has 4mg of iron so I’m waiting to increase it for him.

I have found alternative vitamins but I am not sure if there is a max dose of iron and vitamins C he can have a day. I can’t find this information on lline.

I will attach some photos. Maybe someone here has used these before and could give me some feedback? Thank you in advance 😊

I will attach info

If you suspect your child has a deficiency you really need to discuss it with your GP so the levels can be measured and managed and so they can rule out underlying causes.

I work in this industry and Natures Aid is a good brand.
Viridian would be my top choice for vitamins though (if you’re interested.)
