11 yr old boy bad belly.

My son is 11 since Thursday he’s had diarrhoea, going to the toilet many times a day just watery loose stools.
any ideas what I can do to help him? He says he feels generally well, but to me he doesn’t look himself.

Lost appetite also.

Poor boy. Food poisoning or a bug. Very plain diet, water only, rest, fresh air. He should be ok in a few days.

Do I need to do anything? He hasn’t eaten anything really today except a banana and a few curried chicken balls at lunchtime today around 2pm.

I’ve given him just water, I feel the amount of times he’s been to the toilet is totally not normal. I’m saying 10+ times. He said he seems absolutely fine in himself but of course there’s something going on.

Nooo. Unless he gets bad pain, severe vomiting or uncontrollable diarrhea he will get over it.

Curry is definitely not a good idea though. Plain food. Toast, bananas, rice. Nothing spicy or rich and make sure he drinks.
