Wee toot 18 months seems to have sleep apnea. He's well no current colds ect. Gp seen him agreed that he needs seen by ENT on waiting list could take months.

Is there anything I can do to help him? Or ease my anxiety about it?

ENT is your best bet. My DD had her tonsils out at 2 and it made a huge difference.

Yeah ent could be months away yet. Just need any tips on how to help him.

Not much you can do until seen by ENT. Make sure you have videos of the sleeping. Our consultants will often skip the sleep study and list for a tonsillectomy, with good video evidence of apnoea.

Yeah, I have lots of videos in different positions and different dates, so that's really good to know. He's due to get grommets in the future, too, as he has glue ear. Wonder if it's all connected.

Feel like I'm hardly getting any sleep keep listening out for him.
