Is this heat rash?!

On holiday in Greece and it’s very hot. Son perfectly fine apart from this on both of his feet that appeared. He said it was itchy but not a lot and it was a bit stingy but otherwise it isn’t bothering him. Does it look like heat rash?! I have heat rash on my chest but mine is lumpy.

he was wearing sea shoes in this exact area but this rash seems extreme!

I wouldn’t say that was heat rash. I would definitely get that checked out. Hope he’s okay.

Sunburn? My feet looked like that after a day at the beach recently and I realised I'd put suncream everywhere but on my feet 🙄

You say he had sea shoes on - allergy to the material? Sunscreen rubbed off by shoes and then got burnt? Does it feel hot to the touch? It looks more like bruising.

I thought it looked like bruising too! It’s weird! He now does have heat rash on two patches on his arms when I think the sun cream rubbed off on the water so am assuming it’s that?! I’m covered in patches of heat rash. Think I’ll keep him out of the sun as much as I can for now!

Looks like Disney rash to me (which is itchy) I would still get it checked out to be sure. Hope your DC is okay

Googled Disney rash and looks much more like it! When I have heat rash like now it stings and burns and itches. He isn’t bothered by his. Will see if there’s a dr/ someone to check it out!
