One year old head jerking, blinking and scrunching. Tic?

I'm waiting for a phone call from a doctor regarding a tic my 15 month old seems to have developed in the last few days.
Excessive blinking, head jerking and scrunching her face.
I know tics can be common in children around the age of 5 etc, my concern is how young she is and how it's suddenly come on.
She's also more tired than usual, her wake window this morning was only 2 hours.
Has anyone experienced a tic with a really young child and what causes it?
Trying not to worry!
Thanks in advance

I don't know anything about tics, but I would suggest you film her doing it so that you can show the doctors. Children are prone to be completely fine in the presence of a medical professional.

Don't panic, it could be nothing to worry about out. DONT GOOGLE! 🥰

@JustanAssistant thank you, I have filmed her doing it and sent it. I don't think she would do it Infront of the doctor either!
She seems totally fine otherwise so hopefully it is just simply a tic that will resolve itself

I'm sure they'll get back to you soon. In my experience GPs are happy to prioritise small children. Fingers crossed for you. 🤞🏻

It's more likely to be epilepsy in a child that age. Don't worry though. Many are very treatable and people can grow out of it as they get older.
