Hiii worried FTM here, a couple times DD 1 month old has had a wet patch on her back after/ during sleeping. At first I thought this was pee but the top of her nappy has never been wet and nappy itself has never been soaked through - it has literally just been a circle patch on her back. This has happened 3 times today and I have been changing her regularly. Could this be sweat instead? I have PPD/PPA so am constantly checking her skin to check she is warm/ cold and her skin doesn't even feel that warm when I check so worried about this mystery wetness. Temp has also been fine. TIA x
