Insect bites

My 6 YO seems to be covered in bites. They don't look like the usual mosquito bites, does anyone know what they are and/ or any tips to get rid of them

Have they been to anyone's house or near animals, they look like flea bites to me with being around the ankles. Give them some antihistamine and get some anthasan on them.

Thanks for replying. We have a cat, I wonder if she's the source. I will give her some antihistamines thanks again

I'd also be checking for bed bugs maybe
