Hi my 3 year old just had a cold cough sneezing and runny nose he recovered and then Thursday his nursery called me and said he weren't himself he had a low grade fever took him home and he just wasn't himself off food was running a low grade fever today he's a little more in pain he's non verbal so I can't really ask him but he's off food and touching his tummy he had this same thing happen a few months ago took him to do a ultrasound and they confirmed Mesenteric lymphadenitis ... but i'm wondering if it's the same thing again
