Rash on back of leg

Hello. My 2 year old has a rash on the back of her leg. It’s been there a good few days, but has got a little redder today. Any ideas what it is? I do have a doctor’s appointment, but not until next week. Thanks.

Pharmacists are good with rashes, I’d pop to a chemist and ask one and not wait until next week. It looks so itchy!
