Hi everyone, hoping i can get some advice regarding my 14 months daughter. Hust noticed today that she has this white mark on front of her tongue. It doesnt seem to be affecting her eating snd drinking and she sucks her dummies fine. Anyone know what this could be?
btw that is food just on her mouth she was spitting out.
