My 18 month old this past week has started screaming she will scream and cry for 40 minutes straight nothing will calm her down she will do this at least 3 times a day or more, is this normal, also any suggestions on how to calm her down I feel like I’m failing 😢

Does she have molars coming through? I'd try some nurofen and see if it helps.

Yes it could be teething pain.
or an ear infection, possibly. Check her temperature.
