What is this rash?!

Currently abroad and ds2 has had this rash on the soles of his feet and under his nappy for the past couple of days. It doesn't itch or seem to bother him at all. He's eating, playing etc fine and doesn't appear unwell. I thought hfm but nothing on his hands or in/around the mouth. Any ideas? Heat rash?!

Pics of feet only attached.

Fwiw, I've put on savlon and will try piriton tonight as only have the drowsing one.

so separate things

the rash in legs is heat rash

on feet…. hand foot and mouth
or bites

I did think that but he's not unwell with it which I thought was classic hfm

my daughter was ok aside from slightly runny nose

I had it as an adult and felt really ill. My daughter who gave me it, barely suffered, but she did get it in the nappy area and as we were on holiday in Spain, I initially blamed the chlorine.

When DS had HFM, he wasn't ill at all and he had spots only on his feet, backs of knees and nappy area. It was going round nursery and his sister also had it with a more classical presentation.

It's only called HFM because those are the most likely locations of the rash. Doesn't have to be in all of those places and it can be a mild illness.

Bugger. Any go to remedies?! We're back in the UK on Tuesday.

My boots supplies include: calpol, piriton, savlon, bepanthen, aloe vera.

Or as he currently seems fine, just roll with it?! How likely is it to keep spreading to other parts?! All the questions sorry!

Fwiw, dh and I and his two older sisters don't have any rashes - YET.
