Rash on toddler’s legs

I never know what to do when my little one has a rash! Should I wait it out or is it best to always call the GP? I feel like it’s a new rash/illness every week🫠 He’s 1.5 yrs and has had a bit of a temp the last couple of days and sleeping more than usual, but no sickness. I picked him up from nursery this afternoon and he’s got this rash on both legs.

If you are worried hun always best to see a GP or pharmacist. My kids always picked this up from nursery. My youngest is worst. Check with nursery… have they done any thing new or put on any different cream.. sun lotion etc. this might have cause this is your little 1 has sensitive skin. If they have a temp and feeling off I would sprak to a GP if nothing else it will put your mind at rest.
