Nappy change struggle

How do people correctly hold feet changing a nappy I'm 18 yr old single mum and I keep loosing my grip when lifting my baby up by her legs my brother is 12 he has mastered it he holds her feet in his hand and just lifts byt I just can't seem to get it right any tips or advice would be great

This is a doll but one of the easiest ways to hold a babies feet for lifting at nappy changes..
Your hand on top of the feet with two fingers around and one in between..

Then grip the feet..

You'll get it I promise...
How old is your baby?

You can also ask your health visitor for tips? They are there for you for advice...x
