My 15 year old DS had braces fitted (NHS) in Feb 2023. They seem to break all the time, brackets come loose, wires pop out, despite him being really careful with what he eats and brushing exactly how he's been told to.
I take him in to get them fixed each time but the Orthodontist is getting funny about it, we're basically on our last warning before they take the braces off because it's "not fair on his teeth".
My question is, do we just have to accept this? Could we move his care to another Orthodontist and how would we do this?
Is there anywhere to get advice? Thanks in advance!!
