The best pic I could get of my 4 year olds tonsils. Any parents who’ve been through a tonsilitis kid have any opinions on these?
basicslly he’s had repeated infections since September (doesn’t have it right now) but doesn’t quite meet the threshold for referral yet. We have the option to go private but I don’t know if that would be overdoing it right now and to wait for a bit. GP was very relaxed, said most kids grow out of it.
He also… snores, eye bags, often still wakes in the night, has a very short fuse especially when he’s got a cold etc.
I think his tonsils look big but I know they can be much bigger. The left one (left in this pic) also has a king of light membrane on it?
