Mouth breathing

Hi,

I know this may seem a random one but should I be concerned about mouth breathing whilst asleep in my little girl? She has done it for some time now and snores/breathes loudly- she has no cold or blocked nose. She is nearly 14 months and I keep seeing online that it can be a cause for concern? Does anyone have any experience?
thank you

No advice, just to say my little boy (15 months) seems to do this too, and I have equally read some concerning things about it. He doesn't really snore but I do worry about his teeth etc. Maybe someone else can give some advice?
